    Our customer service team will contact you and review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization number and the return address. Please do not return any items without receiving the return authorization.
  • Step 4: Pack Your Item(s)
    Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all original tags, labels, and accessories. Ensure that the item is securely packed to prevent further damage during transit.
  • Step 5: Ship the Package
    Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Use a reliable and trackable shipping service to send the package. Please keep the shipping receipt for your records, as customer will be responsible for the courier charges.
  • Step 6: Confirmation and Refund

    Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
